wahhhh. i am damn tired. after two days of clinicals. i am soo soooo very very tired. and so so sooo very stressed too. hahaha.

like i'm falling asleep while typing now. hahaha. anyways. i think i heard this quote somewhere before..something about the two most important things you buy in your life are your bed and your shoes. cuz when you're not in one, you're in the other. which is ZOMMMMGosh so true. cuz like. my shoes are killing me. i have like a gazillion blisters on my feet. tmr i dun care ok. i'm wearing open toe. flats maybe. hahahaha. which kinda counts as flip flops right. i dunno. dun care. i have a billion blisters and they need to heallll! like i put plaster on them. and when i take out the plaster..it'll have like. blood and stuff. CRAP man. and OWWWWWWW tooo.

had our first ward round today..quite fun la. but like. can't really contribute much also. cuz like i dunno. hahaha. we hardly know wat's going on. so besides the part where dr ang pulled us aside and helped us out then we truly learnt la. ANDDDDD stupid dr gan. spoilt my whole morning by stressing me abt klinefelter's syndrome. which is some XXY condition. and besides sending a blood sample to the lab, you can take some cheek cells and put it under microscope. and look for barr bodies. i think. then cuz females have barr bodies due to x inactivation. and males dun have. so then this guy with klinefelter's syndrome will have barr bodies. and i will NEVER forget this thx to this guy. hahahaa. which i guesss. makes his teaching useful. hahaha. thank goodness for irene. if not me and thammy would have like. just crash and burn. :P

then then. crashed cardio tutorial. which was. super ks of us la. so...sorry to the ppl in 20a! :(:( yaaa. but it was super duper awesome la. like. really finally learnt how to do a physical exam. which was pretty fun! hahahaa. kinda. seemed. kinda simple. but i think that was cuz like. she brought us thru the steps. and his problem was quite obvious. if i had to like. deduce if he had a problem with his heart or not, i might not know! hahahha...cuz like. the fact that he's in the hospital is quite obvious that there's smthing wrong with him. yupsss. good stuff yaaaa. :)

okkk. i'm off to rest my feet. and consolidate my notes. and read for the super scary tutor tmr. ggxx la. haahaa...
